ingredients:

Cottage cheese: 400 g

Chicken egs: 2 pieces

Suga: 100 g

Wheat flour: 100 g

Soda: ½ teaspoons

  1. All the ingredients for the dough: cottage cheese, egg, half a cup of flour, sugar and soda are put in a bowl for mixing.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Pour flour for rolling on a separate plate. Use a tablespoon to put a portion of the dough on the flour. Roll well on all sides. Make a thin pancake (it will rise well later). Immediately after the flour, put on a pan with vegetable oil.
  4. When a ruddy crust appears on the bottom, turn over and cover the pan with a lid so that the cottage cheese pancakes are well baked inside. Simmer until ready. Serve cottage cheese pancakes baked in the oven with raspberry sauce or any other jam of your choice.
