Nika Ru is an oasis of Russian food in the heart of Rotterdam. The menu includes Borscht (beetroot soup),  Rassolnik (pickles soup) and other soups, flavourful kotleti (meat burgers), famous salads “Olivier” and “Herring under a fur coat“, pirozhki (stuffed savoury or sweet buns), belyashi buns with minced meat, homemade pelmeni dumplings and much more.
