Ingredients

• white bread (better slightly stale)
• 1 egg
• 1/2 glass milk
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

1. Slice the bread.
   
   
2. Mix the egg, sugar and milk with a fork or whisk.
   
   
3. Dip the bread into the mixture and put on preheated frying pan with butter. Fry both sides until golden brown.
   
   
4. Serve hot with honey, jam, berries or sliced fruit. Or even chocolate paste.
   Enjoy!
